Adult LiteracyThis programme is run in coordination with the Ministry of Education. Two community members provide two levels of literacy courses three evenings a week from the centre. All texts and materials are provided by the Ministry of Education. Currently two levels of adult literacy are being offered, basic literacy and English literacy for non-English speakers. Classes are free of charge and the community teacher is paid by the Ministry of Education. |
